How do I clean my Speedo Vanquisher Swim Goggles after I dropped them in the bathroom today?

Today, after practice as I was gathering my things in the locker room, I dropped my glasses in the toilet. Obviously, I have to be cleared before the morning practice. What is the best, most efficient way to clean them before practice tomorrow afternoon? If I have to use soap and water, what kind of soap should I use? Many Thank you.

This is what I would do. Wash thoroughly with soap and hot water to wash dishes, then disinfect with a solution of one teaspoon of bleach regular bleach to about one gallon of warm tap water. Just let them soak in there for ten minutes. While that may not seem like much chlorine, which is to kill most microbes on the planet. This is how sanitize dishes in restaurants, and if good enough for the forks, which should be enough for glasses.
