How I can charge my video camera on youtube?

I can not upload my videos from the camera to youtube, and I really want. I have an HP with Vista, and my camera is a Kodak EasyShare C875. The files are not great, my internet connection is acceptable, and saved as mov. I also cannot find a way to convert to other forms, so if you could tell me how to do it, I would be grateful. Youtube loads all the way, then just stops. There are no errors or anything. It is a nuisance, please help
