Diving Regulator

Diving is a fun and popular sport. However, there are some steps every diver should follow to ensure you are safe diving.
Diving Safety Rules:
Get proper training
Being comfortable underwater will go a long way to have safe diving. Adequate training is a key to be comfortable under water. The onset of adequate training is to obtain your open water certification. If you go diving in caves, caverns, wrecks, etc., must also have trained for this type of diving. Do not dive beyond your ability.
Never dive alone
Always dive with a buddy, not matter where you are. This is the key. When you dive with a buddy, keep an eye on him / her to make sure everything is okay (and I hope you are doing the same). If anything, a friend who can be the difference between life and death. Never violate this rule. They also do a pre-dive equipment check with your friend.
Being physically fit
You do not have to be a triathlete, but you should be able to swim and take the stress of diving. A physical examination is a good idea before diving.
Do not hold your breath
Remember to breathe slowly and in a relaxed manner and exhale completely. Do not take short, breathe deep and not hold your breath. Holding your breath underwater can lead to lung injuries and worse, in the extreme case.
Ascend slowly and controlled
As your body is fighting amounts of nitrogen in their tissues and the bloodstream. If you ascend too quickly, the disease decompression risk. Always make a safety stop at 15 feet at least 3 minutes after immersion. After your safety stop, not propel yourself to the surface either. Ascend that last 15 feet very slowly also.
Check your equipment
Control equipment is especially important if you are renting. If you own your regulator and have not dived in a while, also must be repaired to ensure it works properly. Perform an inspection of the regulator hose too.
Relax
Being relaxed and comfortable underwater is key to a successful dive. If something happens, stop, breathe, think and act. Do not panic and rush to the surface. But observing this safety rule could be key to safe diving.
Immersion Plan diving and its plan of
You will hear this in your training (or should) and you should follow this advice. Before going under, you and your friend should know the depth maximum is the amount of bottom time you have and the amount of air you begin to climb with. Check your air supply often. You should also agree on hand signals you will use to communicate underwater.
This is only the beginning of the safety standards in scuba diving. However, if you follow the above list to increase your chances of safe diving. For the most basic rules, check my website. Have fun!
